Exatec, LLC - a wholly owned subsidiary of SABIC Innovative Plastics - is a polycarbonate glazing systems technology developer, licensing the technology to enable polycarbonate glazing parts suppliers and equipment makers.
Exatec's R&D covers all processes and manufacturing steps including materials development, design and molding with added functionality, printing, inks, in mold film decoration, part marking, wet coating technology, dispensed defroster, plasma-enhanced CVD hard coats systems, and performance testing and validation.
We launched our first products in 2003 and have continued to develop advanced coatings systems – such as the Exatec® E900 plasma coated glazing system - that set the standard for polycarbonate glazing performance in the automotive industry. |
